- We do NOT return books or refund handling fees.

a. General No Refund Policy
All payments made for our services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy.

b. Mail Handling Fees
Mail handling fees are charged to cover the costs associated with securely receiving and processing physical items on behalf of customers, including address privacy, handling, and forwarding arrangements.
Because these fees are used to arrange and provide the service, mail handling fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
If you decide not to send your item after payment, no refund will be issued.
If you send the book and it doesn’t meet our requirements outlined on the book submission page, we reserve the right not to review it and not refund mail handling fees.
c. Advertising Services
Advertising fees are payments for promotional opportunities, including but not limited to sponsored content, banner placements, featured listings, and other advertising placements.
Due to the preparation, scheduling, and promotional arrangements involved, advertising payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
If you choose not to proceed after purchasing an advertising placement, no refund will be issued.
If we are unable to provide an agreed advertising service due to an error on our part, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
d. Mentoring Services
Mentoring sessions require preparation, scheduling, and dedicated time.
Payments for mentoring services are non-refundable once a session has been booked or preparation has begun.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide reasonable notice. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.
e. Courses and Digital Products
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, courses, materials, and resources, all course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Please review the course details, description, and requirements before purchasing to ensure the course is suitable for your needs.
f. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A duplicate payment made accidentally
- A technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital product that cannot be resolved
- An error on our part in providing the service (NOT including book reviews not meeting our requirements)
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
